From Sydney
- Take the Princes Highway south from Sydney (Alternatively take Picton Road from SW Sydney)
- Continue on the Southern Freeway and Princes Highway (it changes several times from freeway to highway)
- Once in Bombaderry continue on the Princes Highway across the Shoalhaven River into Nowra
- Turn left into Kalandar St at the Archer Resort (it becomes Greenwell Point Rd after 900m)
- Continue on Greenwell Point Rd through lovely dairy country
- Enter Greenwell Point, drive past the local shops down toward the waters of the Crookhaven Estuary
- South Coast Retreat is opposite the local children’s park and main wharf
From Canberra (via Southern Highlands)
- Take the Federal Highway
- Continue on the Hume Highway
- Take the Moss Vale exit and take Route 48 to Moss Vale
- Turn right at Route 79 for Fitzroy Falls and Kangaroo Valley
- Continue on Route 79 to Bombaderry and Nowra
- Once in Bombaderry continue on the Princes Highway across the Shoalhaven River into Nowra
- Turn left into Kalandar St at the Archer Resort (it becomes Greenwell Point Rd after 900m)
- Continue on Greenwell Point Rd through lovely dairy country
- Enter Greenwell Point, drive past the local shops down toward the waters of the Crookhaven Estuary
- South Coast Retreat is opposite the local children’s park and main wharf
Scenic route from Canberra (via Nerriga)
- Take the Kings Highway east of Queanbeyan
- At Bungendore turn left for Tarago
- Travel through Tarago and turn left at Nerriga Rd
- Continue through Nerriga and then into Nowra via HMAS Albatross and Albatross Rd
- Turn right into Kalandar St at the roundabout (it becomes Greenwell Point Rd 900m after the traffic lights)
- Continue on Greenwell Point Rd through lovely dairy country
- Enter Greenwell Point, drive past the local shops down toward the waters of the Crookhaven Estuary
- South Coast Retreat is opposite the local children’s park and main wharf
Coastal route from Canberra (via Batemans Bay)
- Take the Kings Highway east of Queanbeyan
- Before Batemans Bay turn left (north) onto the Princes Highway to Nowra
- Turn right into Kalandar St at the Archer Resort (it becomes Greenwell Point Rd after 900m)
- Continue on Greenwell Point Rd through lovely dairy country
- Enter Greenwell Point, drive past the local shops down toward the waters of the Crookhaven Estuary
- South Coast Retreat is opposite the local children’s park and main wharf
