About South Coast Retreat

South Coast Retreat provides waterfront accommodation in ten cabins, one waterfront house and six safari tents across over an acre of landscaped grounds on the tip of Greenwell Point. We have been awarded Certificates of Excellence by TripAdvisor since 2012 as well as a Platinum Award for implementing eco-friendly initiatives at the highest level.

All accommodation is self check-in! Just before arrival guests receive instructions including the code to unlock accommodation.

There is no reception but we have Samsung Smart TV’s in all the cabins, games and books in the guest laundry.  There are fire pits for guest use subject to fire bans as well as fire wood. Use of these are complimentary.
