for Using a Private EV Charging Station:

General Considerations:

By using this private EV charging station, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of charging privileges and/or legal action.

Usage Requirements:

Vehicle owners must ensure that they have a compatible electric vehicle (EV) and possess the necessary charging equipment for safe and efficient charging.
The charging station owner shall not be held responsible for any damages or accidents resulting from the use of the charging station.
Users must agree to use the charging station solely for charging electric vehicles and not for any other purposes.

Vehicle Attendance:

It is required that the vehicle owner or an authorized representative remains present at the charging station throughout the charging process.
Leaving the vehicle unattended for an extended period, exceeding an hour, is strictly prohibited.
If the vehicle owner needs to leave or is unable to attend the vehicle, they must immediately disconnect the charging connection and vacate the charging space.

Noise Restrictions:

During the charging process, all users are obligated to maintain a noise-free environment and refrain from making excessive noise that may disturb others nearby.
Any usage of audio systems, loud music, or any activity that causes an undue disturbance is strictly prohibited.

Liability and Indemnification:

Users of the charging station hereby acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the charging process, including but not limited to electrical malfunctions or damages.
The charging station owner shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred due to the use of the charging station, including but not limited to accidents, equipment failure, or any related incidents.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the charging station owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the charging station.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding the use of EV charging stations, including but not limited to safety standards, parking regulations, and environmental guidelines.
In the event of any violation of the law or regulations, the charging station owner reserves the right to report the incident to the relevant authorities.

Modification and Termination:

The charging station owner reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions, charging fees, and any related policies at any time without prior notice.
It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By utilizing this private EV charging station, you indicate your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
